With expertise in both ACA and Medicare, Katie combines compliance and efficiency with a personal touch, helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout every step of the process. Beyond her role in streamlining operations and ensuring IBN’s five-star reputation, Katie brings her creativity and energy into everything she does—whether it’s designing client education tools, building team culture through fun challenges, or planning engaging community events.

Outside of work, Katie’s love for travel, creative projects, and event planning keeps her inspired. She enjoys exploring new places, putting together memorable experiences for friends and family, and turning everyday moments into something special. Born and raised in Clearwater, Maria has always had a passion for animals, especially marine animals. After starting his career as a financial analyst in New Jersey, he joined his family at Insurance Benefit Navigators to help clients cut through complexity with clear, unbiased guidance. Ryan enjoys helping individuals, families, and small businesses compare options and make confident, informed decisions about coverage.

Now based in Florida, Ryan pairs analytical rigor with a people-first approach, whether he’s mapping the right Medicare or Marketplace plan, reviewing life insurance needs, or coordinating benefits during life changes.
